What You Will Be Working On

• Supporting the recruitment, training, and development of boutique team members to achieve sales targets and deliver luxury-level service
• Assistingin creating a welcoming, elevated retail environment that reflects our signature sense of style and energy
• Building deep, lasting relationships with clients—offering personalised styling and a VIP experience
• Supporting boutique operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising to the highest standard
• Collaborating with the Boutique Manager, head office, and brand partners on local events, launches, and exclusive activations
• Taking leadership responsibility during Manager’s absence
