This is an opportunity to lead the clinic team at one of the most iconic beauty and wellness flagships in the country. As Clinic Manager, you will be accountable for the overall performance, growth and operational efficiency of a well-established skin clinic, reporting to the Store Manager and working closely with senior leaders across retail, marketing and people functions. Working alongside a highly experienced team in a fast-paced, high-profile environment, you will have genuine input into how the clinic evolves and grows.

Leading the flagship clinic team means working alongside some of the most experienced clinicians and leaders in the business, with real scope to shape what comes next.

What You'll Own

– Engaging and motivating your team to meet KPIs and uphold service standards

– Driving success in your team through ongoing training, mentoring and feedback

– Ensuring smooth and efficient clinic operations that underpin a seamless customer experience

– Supporting and enabling your team to deliver an exceptional experience to every client

– Driving efficiencies to achieve results and creating a positive team environment

– Managing team performance, including ongoing feedback and career conversations

– Coaching and developing your team to be experts in their field

– Partnering with Marketing, Retail Operations and People & Education on business development

– Building strong client relationships and feeding insights back to senior leadership

Who Thrives Here

– Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinic, salon or retail environment

– Dermal Diploma or Dermal Therapy/Dermal Science degree

– Strong knowledge of advanced skin treatments such as microdermabrasion, peels, laser hair removal, skin needling and LED

– A genuine passion for skincare and a track record of building high-performing teams

– Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of retail services and sales

– A background in dermal or beauty therapy is ideal but not essential

– Well organised, confident and thriving in a busy, high-profile flagship environment
