What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver advanced skin treatments and tailored treatment plans

• Create thoughtful homecare recommendations that support client outcomes

• Provide exceptional client care throughout every stage of the client journey

• Conduct client follow-up in line with clinic protocols

• Maintain treatment rooms and clinic spaces to the highest standards

• Collaborate closely with the administrative and clinical teams

• Attend ongoing paid training and professional development sessions

• Support a positive, professional, and collaborative clinic environment

• Contribute ideas and feedback to support continuous improvement

What Type of Person will be Successful

You are passionate about skin health and helping clients achieve meaningful results.

You combine strong technical knowledge with genuine warmth and professionalism, creating an experience that keeps clients returning and referring others.

You’ll bring:

• Qualifications in Skin Therapy, Dermal Therapy, or a related field
• 5+ years of clinical experience

• Experience performing advanced skin treatments, including laser

• Outstanding client care and relationship-building skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and presentation

• A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork

• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

• Experience using James Vivian’s signature brands (advantage)
