The gig

Be the licensed agent behind the property platform that says the quiet part out loud. Vendors sell their own homes — they do the photos, the opens, the negotiating, the champagne. Your licence is what puts their listings on the major advertising platforms, and your name is what keeps everything above board.

That’s it. That’s the job.

No prospecting. No appraisals. No “just checking in!” texts. No standing in a stranger’s hallway at 9am Saturday describing a hole in the wall as “an entertainer’s dream.” You will never say “north-facing aspect” again. Unless you want to. At home. Alone.

You are

• Fully licensed — Vic full licence, NSW Class 1, or equivalent. Non-negotiable: you’ll register in every state and territory under Automatic Mutual Recognition. It’s mostly automatic (it’s in the name). Queensland insists on its own form, because Queensland.
• Squeaky clean record. 
• Blessed with a sense of humour. Our client’s advertising is satirical and slightly feral. If you’re willing to appear in it — raised eyebrow, deadpan delivery, “I’m an agent and even I agree” energy — you’ll become mildly famous. In a good way. Probably.
