Reporting to the Boutique Manager, this is your chance to step into a leadership role within a heritage Australian fashion house at Queens Plaza. You will take ownership of the boutique floor, coach a team of Client Advisors and help drive strong sales results. You will work closely with the Boutique Manager to shape team culture and client experience, with real input into how the store performs. Step into this role and grow toward store leadership with a brand rooted in Australian design heritage.

What You'll Own 

• Acting as a brand ambassador, upholding company policies and procedures on the floor 
• Supporting the Boutique Manager to lead and develop a team of Client Advisors 
• Coaching team members and identifying potential for growth 
• Driving the team towards productivity and sales targets 
• Building a positive, high performing team culture with a client first approach 
• Growing and maintaining your own client network 
• Partnering with the Boutique Manager on rostering and day to day store decisions 
• Contributing to a profitable, client centric boutique environment 

Who Thrives Here 

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience 
• Confidence overseeing store operations, including rostering and team decisions 
• A sales focused mindset with a track record of hitting productivity targets 
• Full time availability across a Sunday to Thursday roster 
• A genuine passion for coaching and developing people 
• Comfortable balancing client relationships with day to day leadership 
• At home in a design led, fashion focused environment
