We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join Assembly Talent and grow a 360 desk across Head Office roles in fashion, retail, beauty, wellbeing, eCommerce and lifestyle. This is a full-time or part-time role, and we're recruiting for it as part of an exciting period of growth for Assembly Talent.

What You'll Own

– End-to-end recruitment for roles across our specialist sectors, from brief to placement

– Client relationships, with mentoring as you build towards managing your own accounts

– New business development, starting with warm introductions and referrals

– Your own network and presence within fashion, retail, beauty and lifestyle

– Weekly reporting and pipeline management to keep your desk sharp

– Support from our operations, marketing, and resourcing teams, so you can focus on candidates and clients

Who Thrives Here

You've got 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, agency or internal, or you're coming from industry with genuine sector experience. Either way, you bring a genuine interest in the sectors we work in. You build rapport easily, manage your time well, and want to grow with support rather than working it out alone.

You're a team player first, and you'll learn plenty here as you grow.
