We’re looking for a Retail Recruitment Consultant to lead search and delivery for retail frontline and store leadership roles across our client portfolio. This is a warm desk, you’ll step into a live portfolio of active, open roles from day one, not starting from scratch. You’ll own the full recruitment process from brief to placement, backed by a dedicated Senior Retail Talent Resourcer who handles sourcing and pipeline building alongside you.

We’re open to two kinds of backgrounds here. You might be an experienced agency recruiter with a strong 360 desk and a track record of winning new business. Or you might be a retail leader, a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Area Manager, ready to bring that hiring instinct into a recruitment career. If it’s the second path, we’ll train you in everything else.

What You’ll Own

– End-to-end recruitment for retail store roles, from Regional and Area Managers to Store and Boutique leaders, instore support, and casual teams

– A live portfolio of concurrent roles across multiple retail clients

– Peak trade and volume campaigns, including group interviews and new store openings

– Client relationships, from day-to-day account management to new business development

– Partnership with your Senior Retail Talent Resourcer on sourcing and pipelines

You’re an excellent judge of talent with sharp instincts for capability and culture fit. You manage volume and pace without losing attention to detail, and you build relationships that last well past the placement.

You’ll also bring:

– The ability to work at pace, with strong multitasking and prioritisation

– Great communication and time management skills

– A genuine curiosity about what’s happening across our industry

– Confidence to learn and use new systems and technology

You’ll bring either a strong agency recruitment background or proven retail leadership experience. Either way, you’re self-motivated, comfortable working independently in a hybrid setup, and ready to learn or sharpen your craft.
