This is your chance to step into a leadership role with a heritage Australian fashion House known for elegance and refined craftsmanship. Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will take on real responsibility for team performance, client relationships and store culture from day one. You will work closely with your Boutique Manager, gaining hands on exposure to the commercial and people side of running a luxury store. It is a genuine platform for someone ready to grow into store leadership within a House with a proud, independent legacy.

What You'll Own

• Supporting the Boutique Manager in leading and developing the store team
• Coaching and mentoring Client Advisors to build individual capability
• Driving a strong, consistent sales result across the team
• Building and maintaining long term client relationships
• Upholding brand standards, policies and procedures in store
• Leading by example on the shop floor day to day
• Identifying individual potential and supporting career growth within the team
• Shaping a positive, high performing team culture
• Partnering with the Boutique Manager on day to day store operations

Who Thrives Here

• Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role
• Background in Australian designer or luxury fashion highly regarded
• A genuine client centric approach to customer service
• A natural coach who enjoys developing people
• Comfortable balancing sales drive with team culture and development
• Full time availability across a Sunday to Thursday rotation
