Store Operations Coordinator

Your Next Chapter 

This is a rare opportunity to join an established Australian luxury fashion house within its flagship Paddington boutique. You will take ownership of stock management, inventory accuracy and Ship from Store fulfilment, working closely with the boutique management team to keep operations running smoothly. Your input will shape how the boutique runs day to day, from seasonal changeovers to new product launches. With a strong online fulfilment focus and a growing client base, this role sits at the centre of the boutique's next phase of growth.

What You'll Own 

  • Managing daily stock movement and inventory accuracy through the boutique's inventory system 
  • Partnering with Head Office on stock transfers, shipments, returns and recalls 
  • Leading inventory preparation for seasonal changeovers and product launches 
  • Overseeing Ship from Store online orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment 
  • Supporting the retail team with visual merchandising standards on the boutique floor 
  • Raising maintenance issues with management in a timely manner 
  • Supporting the client experience alongside the boutique team 
  • Implementing back of house processes in line with the delivery calendar 
  • Driving best practice stock procedures across the team 

Who Thrives Here 

  • Previous experience in stock management, operations or sales within retail 
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, point of sale systems and inventory software 
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills 
  • A proactive problem solver who takes initiative 
  • Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities in a fast paced environment 
  • Available Monday to Friday 
  • Suited to someone who enjoys structure and thrives in a detail focused environment
