This is a rare chance to step into a leadership role at the opening of one of the most significant new beauty and wellness destinations in years. As Assistant Clinic Manager, you will support the Clinic Manager in driving the performance and day-to-day running of a brand new skin clinic, deputising in their absence and taking real accountability for outcomes on the floor. You will work closely with senior leaders across the business as the clinic finds its feet, with genuine input into how the space and team develop from day one.

What You’ll Own

– Supporting the Clinic Manager to engage and motivate the team toward KPIs

– Contributing to team success through ongoing training, mentoring and feedback

– Supporting smooth, efficient day-to-day clinic operations

– Leading by example on the floor to deliver an exceptional client experience

– Assisting with rosters, bookings and daily administration

– Supporting performance conversations and ongoing team development

– Deputising for the Clinic Manager and owning outcomes in their absence

– Liaising with Marketing, Retail Operations and People & Education as needed

– Building your own client base alongside team leadership responsibilities

Who Thrives Here

– Experience in a senior or supervisory role within a clinic, salon or retail environment

– Dermal Diploma or Dermal Therapy/Dermal Science degree

– Solid knowledge of advanced skin treatments such as microdermabrasion, peels, laser hair removal, skin needling and LED

– An emerging leader keen to build, coach and grow a high-performing team

– Developing commercial acumen and an interest in retail services and sales

– A background in dermal or beauty therapy is ideal but not essential

– Organised, confident and comfortable in a fast-paced launch environment
