Working behind the scenes of a growing fashion brand, you will sit at the centre of operations, product, wholesale and day-to-day coordination, helping keep the business running smoothly across every moving part.

The business is beautifully brand-led, collaborative and hands-on, with a close-knit team based on the Sunshine Coast. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business while gaining broad exposure to operations, product and wholesale functions as the brand continues to grow.
This is an onsite role based at the Sunshine Coast Office, so candidates must be able to commute regularly.
What Your Days Will Look Like
Operations

Support the smooth day-to-day running of business operations

Maintain organised operational systems and processes

Assist with internal coordination, supplier communication and follow-up
-
Support ad hoc operational projects across the business
Product Support
-
Prepare samples for photoshoots, campaigns and internal meetings
-
Coordinate movement of development and sales samples
-
Assist with sample tracking, shipping and related documentation
-
Support the Garment Technician with measuring prototypes and shipping samples
-
Prepare samples and paperwork for ghost imagery
Wholesale
-
Assist with wholesale administration and order processing
-
Generate sales orders and maintain accurate records
-
Coordinate movement of samples between agents and partners
-
Support relationships with wholesale agents and retail partners
-
Assist with preparing seasonal sales tools and assets
Administration & Coordination

Support office administration and general business coordination
-
Assist with calendar management and internal communication
-
Help improve and document business processes where required
What Makes a Great Fit
-
3–5 years’ experience in an operations, coordinator or administration role
-
Previous experience within fashion, retail, eCommerce or lifestyle brands
-
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
-
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-
A hands-on, proactive approach with strong communication skills
-
Someone who enjoys supporting the wider team and being across the detail
