As Store Manager, reporting to the Area Manager, you will own it all, from the buzz on the floor to the numbers behind it. This is where the brand lives and breathes, steps from Global Head Office, with training, product knowledge and support close at hand. The flagship, the hometown, your store.

You will join a Australian-born vintage denim label with a New Nostalgic aesthetic and a reputation for the most flattering fit in the category. Think genuine heritage, a cult following and serious commercial success, with people at the heart of the story. What You’ll Own

• Leading the pulse of the flagship as Manager on Duty, owning daily targets and floor energy
• Coaching, motivating and mentoring a team who love denim as much as you do
• Bringing the brand story to life through flagship-standard visual merchandising and presentation
• Partnering with the Area Manager and Head Office on trade trends, customer feedback and store performance
• Overseeing loss prevention, stock health and financial integrity, including register balancing
• Managing rosters, wages and shift planning so the floor is always set up to win
• Driving omni-channel service, from ship-from-store to click and collect
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development
• Keeping everyone safe and compliant with company policy and Work Health and Safety standards

Who Thrives Here

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or retail leader, ideally in fashion or denim
• A natural people leader who gets a real kick out of growing talent
• Confident decision making, sharp problem solving and clear communication
• A track record of hitting sales targets and lifting store performance in a high-profile location
• Comfortable with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Hands on, people first, and a little obsessed with helping every customer find their perfect fit
