What You Will Be Doing 

• Leading the end-to-end finance function across the business

• Delivering accurate financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting

• Managing cash flow, working capital and financial planning

• Partnering with Rachel and the leadership team to provide commercial insights and strategic support

• Overseeing payroll, BAS, compliance and statutory obligations

• Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations across multiple platforms

• Driving financial process improvements and systems optimisation

• Maintaining strong governance, controls and audit-ready financial records

• Supporting business growth through analysis, modelling and decision support

• Building scalable financial processes that support a growing global business

What Type of Person will be Successful 

• CPA or CA qualification

• Previous experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Head of Finance within a Founder-led environment 

• Strong technical accounting and financial management capability

• Proven experience managing end-to-end finance functions

• Experience within founder-led, entrepreneurial or growth-stage businesses

• Strong commercial acumen and business partnering skills

• Advanced knowledge of forecasting, budgeting and cash flow management

• Experience with Xero and integrated business systems

• A hands-on approach and willingness to work both strategically and operationally

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience within eCommerce, retail, furniture, interiors or consumer brands will be highly regarded.
