Retail Education & Training Partner 

Your Next Chapter 

This is a chance to lead learning and development for one of Australia and New Zealand's most recognised retail teams. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you will own onboarding, coaching and capability programs across all stores. You will partner closely with Regional Managers, Store Leaders and senior HR and Operations leaders, giving you direct exposure to the people shaping retail strategy. This is a newly scoped role with room to build the function your way.

What You'll Own 

• Leading onboarding programs for new retail team members and store leaders across ANZ 
• Designing blended learning content including facilitator guides, e-learning, job aids and coaching tools 
• Facilitating training through classroom, virtual, self-paced and on-floor coaching formats 
• Partnering with District Managers and Store Leaders to close capability gaps 
• Managing training systems, calendars, completion data and reporting across the region 
• Connecting learning to retail outcomes such as conversion, UPT, ATV and store readiness 
• Supporting compliance, policy and safety training across Australia and New Zealand 
• Building strong relationships across Retail Operations, HR, Merchandising and global learning partners 
• Reviewing feedback and data to keep programs relevant, simple and scalable 

Who Thrives Here 

• Practical experience designing, facilitating and evaluating learning programs in retail or multi site environments 
• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and translating business needs into clear learning solutions 
• Strong written communication and comfort adapting content for different audiences 
• A hands on approach and genuine interest in what happens on the retail floor 
• Comfortable with Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint 
• Experience with learning or communication platforms is a bonus, not a requirement
