What You Will Be Working On
• Develop and execute global sales strategies across retail, eCommerce and wholesale channels
• Identify and pursue new markets, business opportunities and key partnerships to drive brand growth
• Lead, coach and inspire the sales team to exceed targets across all channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic stakeholders
• Collaborate with product, marketing and design teams to ensure commercial and creative alignment
• Analyse market trends and use data insights to inform strategy and optimise performance
• Travel internationally as required to support key partnerships and growth initiatives
What Type of Person Will Be Successful
You are a commercially sharp, relationship-driven sales leader with a genuine passion for design, interiors or lifestyle. You know how to read a market, build a partnership and bring a team with you. You are equally comfortable in a strategy conversation and a client meeting, and you thrive in environments where pace, creativity and commercial rigour coexist.
• Senior sales experience across retail, eCommerce and wholesale, ideally within design, interiors, homewares or lifestyle
• Proven track record identifying market opportunities and driving revenue growth across multiple channels
• Strong commercial acumen with confident negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales reporting and CRM tools
• Growth mindset, adaptability and a genuine passion for innovation
• Open to international travel as required
Backgrounds in Global Sales Management, Commercial Leadership, Key Account Management or Business Development within design, luxury, homewares or lifestyle sectors are all welcome.
