Retail Operations Specialist 

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER 

This is a high visibility opportunity to become a key point of contact for operational support across the ANZ store network for a globally recognised fashion brand. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will own key operational programs and drive continuous improvement across the region. You will work closely with leadership and cross functional teams, with real input into how the network runs day to day.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN 

• Leading operational support for Store Managers and their teams across ANZ
• Managing escalations and troubleshooting complex store issues 
• Owning key operational programs including stock take and compliance activities 
• Partnering with IT and cross functional teams on system improvements 
• Driving continuous improvement projects that simplify processes and lift efficiency 
• Coordinating vendor requirements, purchase orders and expenditure 
• Leading operational readiness for store openings, closures and refurbishments 
• Reporting on operational performance and flagging trends and risks 
• Building strong relationships across stores, support functions and vendors 

WHO THRIVES HERE 

• Experience in retail or DTC operations at a similar scope 
• Confidence working across systems, trackers and reporting tools 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action 
• A hands on approach paired with sound commercial judgement 
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities 
• Clear communication skills across stores and support functions 
• A collaborative mindset suited to a fast paced retail environment
