This is a rare opportunity to lead the newest and most ambitious clinic opening in a fast growing beauty and wellness business, right from the ground floor. As Clinic Manager, you will take full ownership of a purpose built skin clinic inside one of the most significant retail destinations to open in years, reporting to the Store Manager and working closely with senior leaders across retail, marketing and people functions. You will shape how the space runs from day one, build and lead a team of dermal therapists, and have real input into how the clinic experience comes together as the doors open.

What You’ll Own

– Leading the day to day performance and operations of a new skin clinic from opening

– Managing and developing a team of dermal therapists and clinic staff

– Driving KPIs across sales, service quality and customer experience

– Coaching your team through ongoing training, feedback and career conversations

– Partnering with Marketing, Retail Operations and People & Education on clinic initiatives

– Building strong client relationships and a loyal client base

– Ensuring smooth rostering, bookings and daily administration

– Championing a first class customer experience across every treatment

– Feeding insights back to senior leadership to shape future clinic offerings

Who Thrives Here

– Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinic, salon or retail environment

– Dermal Diploma or Dermal Therapy/Dermal Science degree

– Strong knowledge of advanced skin treatments such as microdermabrasion, peels, laser hair removal, skin needling and LED

– A genuine passion for skincare and the confidence to lead a team toward strong results

– Commercial acumen and comfort working toward sales and service targets

– A background in dermal or beauty therapy is ideal but not essential

– Well organised, calm under pressure and energised by a fast paced launch environment
