What You Will Be Working On

You will grow the store and grow the people, developing a team that knows exactly what great looks like and is trusted to deliver it without you in the room. Onboarding, feedback and accountability are things you lead with care and honesty.

• You will bring the brand to life on the floor, where visual standards, product storytelling and service all tell one consistent story. Every customer should stop, touch something, and imagine it in their own home.
• You will run a store worth running, protecting margin, managing stock with precision and planning operations so your team’s time is protected for the customer in front of them.
• You will keep everyone in the room, turning monthly targets into clear weekly focus and daily briefings, and acting as the two-way bridge between the business and your team.

You are a retail leader who measures success by the people you develop, not just the numbers you deliver. You take unconditional ownership of your store, you say the hard thing with warmth, and you are genuinely curious about homes, spaces and the stories behind what people choose to live with. Essential requirements:

• Proven experience leading a team in a customer-facing retail environment
• A genuine track record of developing people, not just managing them
• Strong commercial literacy, with the ability to trace performance back to its cause and act on it
• Confidence owning store operations, stock management and visual standards
• Clear, direct communication delivered with genuine warmth
