This is a rare chance to step into a leadership role within one of Australia's most respected luxury fashion houses. Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will support the day to day running of a flagship store, build lasting client relationships and help shape a high performing team. You will have real input into how the boutique runs and how the team grows, working alongside a manager who wants to develop your leadership skills further.

What You'll Own 

• Leading the store alongside the Boutique Manager, stepping up in their absence
• Coaching and developing Client Advisors through hands on training
• Driving individual and team sales performance
• Building long term relationships with clients and VIPs
• Supporting rostering and day to day store operations
• Upholding brand standards across presentation and service
• Identifying potential within the team and supporting their growth
• Creating a positive, high performing store culture
• Partnering with the Boutique Manager on stock and visual merchandising priorities

Who Thrives Here 

• Previous experience in retail management or supervision, ideally within luxury or designer fashion
• A genuine passion for coaching and developing people
• A client first approach to service and relationship building
• Comfortable working full time on a Sunday to Thursday rotation
• Confident, warm and hands on leadership style
• Pride in presentation and attention to detail
