What You Will Be Working On

You will own the flagship experience end to end, ensuring the space, the service and the storytelling all reflect the brand’s elevated aesthetic and considered intent.

You will drive sales performance and operational excellence, leading from the floor while keeping the back of house running so the front of house can shine.

You will lead and develop the retail team, building genuine product knowledge and a service standard that feels personal, informed and never transactional.

You will conceive and host in-store events and brand activations, creating meaningful engagement with clients, designers and collectors that deepens the brand’s presence within the design community.

You understand luxury and the discerning clientele who seek it, you lead a team with warmth and high standards, and you are as comfortable talking craftsmanship and provenance as you are reading a sales report. Essential requirements:

• Proven experience managing a retail store, ideally within luxury, design, furniture or interiors
• A track record of driving sales performance and operational excellence
• Experience leading and developing a high-performing retail team
• Confidence delivering an elevated, personalised customer experience
• Strong organisational skills across events, activations and store operations
