The Opportunity
This brand has built a global reputation on quality, heritage, and staying culturally relevant across generations. The Store Manager role sits at the heart of that, responsible for daily operations, team performance, sales outcomes, and the full in-store experience. You will have direct input into how the store runs, how the team grows, and how the brand shows up for every customer who walks through the door.

What you’ll own
- You will lead the day-to-day operations of the store, from opening and closing through to sales performance and team rostering
- You will coach and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service and consistent sales results
- You will own the store's weekly and monthly sales targets, track performance and adjusting your approach to hit them
- You will oversee visual merchandising and ensure the floor always reflects the brand's premium presentation standards
- You will manage stock replenishment, freight, transfers and inventory accuracy through weekly stocktakes
- You will lead recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and day-to-day people management in partnership with HR
- You will drive product knowledge across the team, using training programs to lift sell-through and average transaction value
- You will ensure the store meets all health, safety and security requirements and that your team is trained accordingly
What you’ll bring
Must-Haves
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager in a retail environment
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets through team performance
- Strong people leadership skills with experience coaching, developing and retaining a retail team
- Solid understanding of retail operations including stocktake, rostering, payroll management and reporting
- Confidence with visual merchandising and maintaining high presentation standards
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to resolve complaints and build loyalty
Bonus Points
- Experience in fashion, denim, lifestyle or apparel retail
- Familiarity with retail training programs and structured product education
- Experience managing a store through a brand relaunch, new season rollout or a significant period of change
