What You Will Be Working On

• Taking full ownership of all social channels—curating, creating, and scheduling content that’s always on-brand and on-trend
• Building and maintaining a killer social media calendar that syncs with limited drops, collabs, and influencer campaigns
• Developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that drive engagement, sales, and brand buzz
• Scouting, onboarding, and managing influencer and ambassador partnerships—negotiating deals, briefing creatives, and tracking performance
• Creating behind-the-scenes content, trend-driven videos, and stories that show off the brand’s unique DNA
• Engaging with the community, responding to DMs and comments, and turning followers into loyal fans
• Analysing and reporting on campaign performance—using data to optimise, innovate, and stay ahead of the curve

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Have 3+ years’ experience in social media and influencer marketing, ideally in fashion or youth-driven brands
• Live and breathe TikTok, Instagram, and the latest digital trends
• Are obsessed with pop culture, content creation, and building communities
• Have a creative eye and a knack for thumb-stopping, shareable content
• Are a natural connector—building relationships with creators, influencers, and brand fans
• Are highly organised, data-savvy, and able to juggle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
