What You Will Be Working On
- Partner with the Creative Director across all aspects of range design and development
- Source fabrics, trims and materials aligned with the brand's seasonal direction
- Develop technical and design assets and prepare detailed tech packs for supplier handover
- Drive print ideas, development and supplier iterations in collaboration with the Creative Director
- Conduct trend and market research to inform seasonal direction
- Contribute to fit sessions, sample reviews and product refinement
- Maintain strong organisation across design files, updates and timelines
What Type of Person Will Be Successful
- Relevant qualification in Fashion Design, Textile Design or Product Development
- Proven experience in womenswear design or product development
- Strong print and textile sensibility — a genuine eye for colour, pattern and surface design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator and InDesign essential
- Solid understanding of garment construction and production processes
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, collaborative and clear in your communication — you bring solutions, not problems
Backgrounds in Womenswear Design, Fashion Design or Textile Design within contemporary fashion or lifestyle labels are all welcome.
