What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Own and grow a portfolio of ~50 agency partners across your region
  • Identify commercial opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with partners to improve performance, not just maintain relationships
  • Plan and execute strategic visits, events and initiatives
  • Analyse sales data and report on performance and opportunities
  • Deliver and support training that drives real business outcomes
  • Manage agreements, expectations and have honest performance conversations
  • Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining strong independence

What Makes a Great Fit

  • Background in sales, retail, account management or BDM (beauty/skin ideal, not essential)
  • Strong commercial mindset — comfortable owning a number
  • Able to influence, challenge and guide partners
  • Naturally proactive — brings ideas, not just updates
  • Confident working with data, reporting and performance metrics
  • Comfortable with travel and managing a geographically spread portfolio
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
