What You Will Be Working On

•    Lead the Merchandise & Planning team — setting strategy, managing budgets and developing your people

•    Own the topline OTB across all markets, including option and drop recommendations

•    Drive channel and product lifecycle strategy, inclusive of global product workflow

•    Conduct seasonal category analysis to inform strategic plans and collaborate on pricing strategy

•    Present weekly trade performance to department heads and collaborate with channel owners on store budgets

•    Partner with VM to ensure the best product is supported by strong visual merchandising strategies

•    Oversee merchandise monitoring across all delivery windows and product statuses

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

•    8+ years' experience across merchandise planning roles, with demonstrated leadership experience

•    Qualification in fashion merchandise management, business or a related discipline

•    Commercially sharp with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into strategy

•    Advanced Excel skills; with retail solutions software highly regarded

•    A confident, credible leader who builds strong relationships across all levels of a business

•    Highly organised, agile and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

•    Someone who connects deeply with the values of a luxury, heritage fashion brand

Backgrounds in Head of Planning, Merchandise Manager, Senior Merchandise Planner or Planning Director roles within fashion or luxury retail are all welcome.
