What You Will Be Working On

• Plan, build and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging channels

• Manage and allocate budget across channels to hit CAC and ROAS targets

• Work closely with the creative and social team to brief and test performance-led content

• Own campaign reporting — weekly analysis, insights and clear recommendations

• Monitor funnel performance from click to conversion, identifying drop-off and opportunity

• Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm shifts and emerging paid trends

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

• 3–5 years in a performance marketing role, ideally within eCommerce fashion or apparel

• Hands-on expertise across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — you build and optimise yourself

• TikTok Ads experience is a strong advantage

• Commercially fluent — you think in CAC, ROAS, LTV and contribution margin

• A strong creative eye — you know what makes a performance ad stop the scroll

• Data-driven and decisive — you act on insight, not instinct alone

• Thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where results matter more than process

Backgrounds in Performance Marketing, Paid Social, Growth Marketing or Digital Acquisition are all welcome.
