What You Will Be Working On
• Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance, KPIs and daily store operations
• Lead, coach and inspire the team — stepping into the acting manager role when required
• Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience that reflects the brand ethos
• Oversee visual merchandising standards and execute any VM or window direction
• Contribute to weekly strategy discussions around sales growth, VIP events and store initiatives
• Manage store administration including reporting, financial oversight and policy compliance
What Type of Person Will Be Successful
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a premium or contemporary fashion brand
• A natural leader who motivates through positive energy and genuine passion for the product
• Commercially sharp — you understand how to convert customer experience into sales results
• Strong communicator who can give clear feedback, coach confidently and hold the floor
• Detail-oriented with high standards for presentation, process and customer care
• Someone who genuinely connects with the world of considered, contemporary fashion
Backgrounds in Assistant Store Management, Senior Retail Supervisor or Team Leader roles within premium or contemporary fashion are all welcome.
