As Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your store’s performance — leading from the front, driving sales targets, building a loyal customer base, and developing a team that knows how to deliver exceptional service.

You’ll report to an experienced Regional Manager and operate with clear KPIs, strong structure, and the support of a national network.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Driving sales targets and identifying commercial opportunities

• Leading, coaching and developing your team

• Monitoring shrinkage and stock control

• Executing VM standards and promotional directives

• Managing rosters, timesheets and store administration

• Building local customer relationships and repeat business

• Maintaining exceptional store presentation

• Ensuring POS proficiency and operational excellence

• You’ll be hands-on, visible on the floor and accountable for results.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years retail management experience (apparel preferred)

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets

• Strong leadership capability and ability to motivate teams

• Commercial mindset with attention to stock, shrinkage and reporting

• High personal presentation standards

• Passion for fashion and understanding of trends
