What You’ll Be Working On

Lead monthly financial and management reporting, delivering clear, timely insights

Analyse seasonal performance across retail, eCommerce and wholesale channels

Own budgets, forecasts and business case analysis for growth initiatives

Oversee finance systems (including Xero) and inventory platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment

Manage payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions

Support and guide finance and administration team members

Continuously improve systems, processes and reporting frameworks
What Makes You a Strong Fit
-
CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years’ experience in accounting

Strong background in management accounting, reporting and commercial analysis

Experience within retail, eCommerce or inventory-led businesses

Confident leading or mentoring team members

Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working across integrated systems (e.g. Xero, Cin7, Shopify)

Self-directed, organised and calm in a fast-paced environment
