What You Will Be Working On

• Lead monthly financial and management reporting, delivering timely insights to support commercial decisions

• Analyse seasonal sales performance across retail, eCommerce and wholesale channels

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and business case analysis for key initiatives

• Oversee finance systems and inventory management, ensuring data integrity across all integrated platforms

• Manage payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions

• Lead and support the finance and administration team, driving continuous process improvement

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

• CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years’ experience in accounting, with a strong management accounting focus

• Proven experience in financial reporting, business performance analysis and budgeting

• Confident leader with experience managing or mentoring finance and administration staff

• Advanced Excel skills with strong reconciliation and problem-solving ability

• Experience with inventory and finance systems — comfortable managing data across integrated platforms

• Autonomous, organised and calm under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment

• Someone who connects with a growing creative brand and wants to be part of its next chapter

Backgrounds in Finance Management, Management Accounting or Financial Controller roles within retail, eCommerce or lifestyle businesses are all welcome.
