What You’ll Be Working On

• Lead monthly financial and management reporting, delivering clear, timely insights

• Analyse seasonal performance across retail, eCommerce and wholesale channels

• Own budgets, forecasts and business case analysis for growth initiatives

• Oversee finance systems (including Xero) and inventory platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment

• Manage payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions

• Support and guide finance and administration team members

• Continuously improve systems, processes and reporting frameworks

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years’ experience in accounting

• Strong background in management accounting, reporting and commercial analysis

• Experience within retail, eCommerce or inventory-led businesses

• Confident leading or mentoring team members

• Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working across integrated systems (e.g. Xero, Cin7, Shopify)

• Self-directed, organised and calm in a fast-paced environment

• Someone who connects with a growing, creative and commercially driven brand
