Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-potential retail store
• Drive sales performance and build momentum within the business
• Coach and develop a close-knit team to deliver strong results
• Lead from the floor, styling customers and building genuine connections
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards across a large store footprint
• Create an inviting, energetic and service-led environment
• Manage rostering,reporting and store operations
• Ensure strong product knowledge and multi-item selling across the team

The Ideal Candidate

• Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
• Background in fashion apparel with a strong eye for styling and VM
• Confident working in a large store environment
• Natural people leader, warm, engaging and leads with presence
• Passionate about customer experience and building relationships
• Adaptable and comfortable working with a diverse customer base
• Commercially aware with the ability to drive performance
