• Build the OTB from scratch and own it as the single source of truth

• Direct influence over buying, markdown and stock decisions

• Create planning infrastructure that the whole business will rely on

• Work closely with the GM and founders — your numbers shape the range

What You Will Be Working On

• Own and maintain the Open-to-Buy across all categories and channels

• Monitor sell-through weekly — flag slow movers before they become a problem

• Lead the markdown and clearance strategy — data-led and early, never reactive

• Build Excel-based planning tools: OTB models, sell-through dashboards, size ratio trackers

• Present the product performance read at the weekly all-team trade meeting

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

• 3–5 years in merchandise planning, buying or a combined planning and buying role

• eCommerce fashion or apparel experience strongly preferred

• Advanced Excel — you build models from scratch, not from templates

• Shopify experience or confidence to get across it quickly

• A builder mindset — you see a manual process and want to fix it

Backgrounds in Merchandise Planning, Buying & Planning, Inventory Planning or eCommerce Planning are all welcome.
