What You Will Be Working On

• Take full accountability for store performance — sales, KPIs, operations and profitability

• Lead, develop and inspire your team — building a culture of excellence and genuine brand passion

• Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience that reflects the brand ethos

• Own visual merchandising standards and execute VM and window direction

• Drive strategic conversations with the Area Manager around sales growth, VIP events and store initiatives

• Oversee all store administration including reporting, financial management and policy compliance

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

• 3+ years of experience in a Store Manager role within a premium or contemporary fashion brand

• A confident, inspiring leader who sets the standard and brings the team with them

• Commercially driven — you own your numbers and know how to move them

• A strong communicator who builds trust with both their team and their area leadership

• Detail-oriented with uncompromising standards for presentation, process and customer care

• Someone who genuinely connects with the world of considered, contemporary fashion

Backgrounds in Store Management within premium fashion, contemporary retail or boutique environments are all welcome.
