With digital at the centre of its growth strategy, the business is investing heavily in e-commerce performance, customer experience and digital innovation.
As Head of Digital Experience, you will lead the end-to-end digital ecosystem — spanning e-commerce, performance marketing, CRM, and customer experience — ensuring every interaction with the brand is seamless, data-informed and commercially strong.
Reporting to the Head of Brand, you’ll oversee the digital P&L and lead a high-performing internal team while collaborating with agency partners to drive global growth and elevate the online customer journey.

What Your Days Will Look Like
You will lead the global digital strategy and performance across all online channels, ensuring both commercial growth and exceptional customer experience.
Key areas of responsibility include:

Leading global e-commerce strategy and digital performance

Owning the digital P&L, budgets and performance targets

Driving online revenue growth across paid media, CRM, affiliate and organic channels

Managing paid media strategy across SEM and Paid Social, partnering with agency teams

Overseeing e-commerce platform development, CRO, SEO and digital roadmap initiatives

Leading retention strategy across email, SMS and loyalty programs
-
Delivering data-led insights into customer behaviour and omni-channel performance
-
Partnering with Finance and Merchandise teams on promotional planning and margin outcomes

Leading and developing the e-commerce and customer care teams

Identifying new opportunities to improve customer experience, conversion and lifetime value
What Makes a Great Fit

You will likely bring:

Senior experience leading digital and e-commerce strategy within a fashion, retail or lifestyle brand

Deep expertise across performance marketing, CRM, and digital customer journeys

Strong commercial acumen with experience managing digital budgets and P&L

Experience overseeing e-commerce platforms, CRO, SEO and technology integrations

Strong analytical capability and confidence working with complex datasets

A passion for understanding customer behaviour and digital experience

Experience leading teams and managing agency partners

A curiosity for emerging digital technologies and AI tools
