What You Will Be Working On

• Lead the end to end supply chain, ensuring the right products are available at the right time and delivered efficiently, while keeping inventory investment and operating costs in check.
• You will own demand forecasting and inventory planning, building rolling forecasts, aligning stock with promotions and launches, and keeping inventory healthy through stock turn, weeks of cover and aged stock analysis.
• Oversee procurement and supply planning, manage supplier performance, and lead logistics strategy and capacity planning across warehousing, labour and transport.
• You will own all third-party logistics and warehousing relationships, setting SLAs, KPIs and performance frameworks, and running regular business reviews. You will manage inbound and outbound logistics, from freight and customs through to the customer delivery experience across all channels.
• Lead inventory control and stock integrity, oversee stocktakes and audits, and develop the processes, reporting and dashboards that drive data-led decisions.
•  Own the supply chain and logistics budget, lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and partners, and deliver measurable improvements in cost and operational efficiency.

Essential requirements:

• Significant experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory planning and operations management
• Strong demand forecasting and inventory planning expertise
• Proven experience managing third-party logistics providers and distribution networks
• Strong procurement and supplier management capability
• Advanced inventory management and stock control experience
• Strong financial acumen across budgeting, forecasting and cost control
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing external partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced experience with ERP, inventory management and planning systems
