You won’t be maintaining someone else’s setup — you’ll be building the engine. Loyalty, Klaviyo, affiliates, customer insights — all yours, with a founding team behind you who genuinely wants it done well.

What You Will Be Working On

•    Own all Klaviyo flows, segments and campaigns — run it as a performance channel

•    Take the loyalty programme from underutilised to unmissable

•    Manage and grow the affiliate programme — quality community over quantity

•    Run customer surveys and build LTV segments to inform the whole business

•    Present the retention dashboard at weekly trade and marketing meetings

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

•    3–5 years in CRM, retention or email marketing — eCommerce fashion preferred

•    Hands-on Klaviyo experience is essential

•    Experience with loyalty programmes and/or affiliate platforms a strong advantage

•    Commercially minded, data-driven and a natural community builder

•    Thrives in fast-moving environments where not everything has a playbook yet

Backgrounds in Email Marketing, Retention, Loyalty or eCRM are all welcome.
