What You Will Be Working On

• Day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Shopify platform
• Publishing and updating product listings — copy, imagery, pricing and metadata
• Supporting the eCommerce Manager with site merchandising and collection builds
• Monitoring site performance and flagging issues quickly
• Coordinating with the wider team around drop schedules, promotions and campaign launches
• Identifying opportunities to improve the on-site customer experience

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

• 2–3 years of experience in an eCommerce, digital or coordinator role
• Hands-on Shopify experience — confident in the platform day to day
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and follows through
• Curious about eCommerce, digital trends and what makes customers convert
• Comfortable working at pace in a brand with a fast drop cycle

Backgrounds in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Online Retail or Product Coordination are all welcome.
