• Coordinating inbound freight across Australia and the United States
• Tracking ETAs, milestones, and delivery outcomes
• Working with freight forwarders, suppliers, and 3PL partners
• Supporting outbound fulfilment and delivery SLAs
• Managing exceptions including delays, backorders, and split shipments
• Maintaining accurate ERP and WMS data
• Supporting inventory checks, cycle counts, and investigations
• Using Excel and reports to flag risks and improvements
• Supporting broader operational and business tasks as needed

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
• Exposure to freight and 3PL environments
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfortable with Excel and system reporting
• Clear communicator and collaborative team member
• Organised, reliable, and adaptable
• Keen to learn and improve processes
