What Your Days Will Look Like
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Store Managers and their teams across 15 Melbourne-area stores.
- Champion a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional service and memorable in-store experiences.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Set and monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance targets—ensuring each store delivers on both numbers and brand standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development for store teams, fostering internal progression and high engagement.
- Oversee inventory management, loss prevention, and visual merchandising to maintain brand integrity and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate regular meetings with store leaders to communicate expectations, share insights, and celebrate successes.
- Collaborate with head office and cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives and support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Demonstrated experience in multi-site retail management, ideally across a mix of store formats.
- Proven track record in driving sales, managing budgets, and achieving KPIs.
- Skilled in coaching, team development, and building positive workplace cultures.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- Adaptable, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
- Passion for fashion, quality, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Eligible to work in Australia and able to pass relevant safety checks.
