This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join a brilliant interiors design house and play a key role in bringing beautiful products to life. The successful candidate will support the end-to-end production process, ensuring products are delivered on time, to the highest standards of quality, and in line with the business’s values of sustainability and excellence.

What Your Days Will Look Like
- Coordinate the production process across all product categories, from development through to shipment
- Support the management and maintenance of critical paths and timelines for design, development, sampling, pre-production approvals, and shipments
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure shipments arrive on time, tracking freight and transit as needed
- Assist with quality control and assurance processes, working closely with production and technical teams to maintain high standards
- Identify and help resolve quality or delivery issues in a timely manner
- Contribute to sustainability and ethical practices throughout the production process
- Assist with purchase and production order processes, ensuring accurate records are maintained
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to support smooth production flow
- Prepare and update reports, help keep production systems and documentation accurate
- Support regular production meetings and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience in a production, operations, or supply chain coordination role within apparel, interiors, or a related industry
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Good communication and relationship-building skills, able to work collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management systems
- Understanding of critical paths, timelines, and production processes
- A commitment to upholding high standards of quality, sustainability, and ethical practices
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing priorities and deadlines
