This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join a brilliant interiors design house and play a key role in bringing beautiful products to life. The successful candidate will support the end-to-end production process, ensuring products are delivered on time, to the highest standards of quality, and in line with the business’s values of sustainability and excellence.

• Coordinate the production process across all product categories, from development through to shipment
• Support the management and maintenance of critical paths and timelines for design, development, sampling, pre-production approvals, and shipments
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure shipments arrive on time, tracking freight and transit as needed
• Assist with quality control and assurance processes, working closely with production and technical teams to maintain high standards
• Identify and help resolve quality or delivery issues in a timely manner
• Contribute to sustainability and ethical practices throughout the production process
• Assist with purchase and production order processes, ensuring accurate records are maintained
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to support smooth production flow
• Prepare and update reports, help keep production systems and documentation accurate
• Support regular production meetings and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience in a production, operations, or supply chain coordination role within apparel, interiors, or a related industry
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Good communication and relationship-building skills, able to work collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management systems
• Understanding of critical paths, timelines, and production processes
• A commitment to upholding high standards of quality, sustainability, and ethical practices
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing priorities and deadlines
