As Art Director, the successful candidate will oversee the coordination and delivery of day-to-day creative requirements across digital, retail, social media, marketing, and e-commerce channels. • Deliver design across business-as-usual creative, including digital, showroom, social media, marketing, and e-commerce assets
• Create visually engaging social media content that supports brand and marketing initiatives
• Produce design outputs that balance commercial objectives with brand integrity
• Coordinate team workflow, manage design schedules, and ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to meet creative requirements
• Partner with external creative leaders and suppliers to translate creative direction into daily design delivery

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years’ graphic design experience, ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands
• Strong portfolio demonstrating refined design execution across digital and social platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
• Experience managing workflow, scheduling, and deadlines across multiple projects
• Previous experience overseeing or guiding other designers is desirable
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Refined design sensibility with strong attention to detail
• Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Collaborative approach, building strong working relationships internally and externally
