• Strong retail leadership experience and a proven ability to drive sales and meet store targets
• Customer-first mindset, with confidence in building relationships and resolving issues with care
• Capability in team development — onboarding, coaching and motivating people to perform at their best
• Solid operational skills, including stock management, VM execution, roster compliance and store admin
• Loss prevention awareness and maturity to uphold shrinkage, cash handling and security standards
• A hands-on approach — someone who leads by example, stays close to the floor and thrives in a team environment
• Self-driven, reliable and confident running a store with autonomy and minimal supervision
