Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customer loyalty by becoming the trusted advisor clients rely on for honest, personalised guidance
- Lead through service excellence, hiring and developing a team known for authenticity and expertise
- Maintain high operational and visual standards consistent with the brand’s heritage and reputation
- Understand your local market, ensuring the store meets the needs of Fortitude Valley customers — from elevated workwear to weekend comfort
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong retail leadership experience and a proven ability to drive sales and meet store targets
- Customer-first mindset, with confidence in building relationships and resolving issues with care
- Capability in team development — onboarding, coaching and motivating people to perform at their best
- Solid operational skills, including stock management, VM execution, roster compliance and store admin
- Loss prevention awareness and the maturity to uphold standards around shrinkage, cash handling and store security
- A hands-on approach — someone who leads by example, stays close to the floor, and loves being part of a team
- Self-drive and reliability, with the ability to run a store with autonomy and minimal supervision
