• Lead daily operations and partner with the founder to execute a strategic vision for international growth
• Oversee the launch of new collections and curate a world-class inventory, ensuring the highest standards of quality
• Drive commercial performance, expanding the brand’s presence in both established and emerging markets
• Build and nurture relationships with artisans, designers, suppliers, and industry influencers across borders
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Represent the business at global industry events, design fairs, and in the media

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Senior leadership experience in interiors, luxury retail, design, or a related sector (General Manager, MD, or similar)
• Demonstrated success driving profitable growth and scaling operations internationally
• Commercially astute, with a deep appreciation for design, creativity, and craftsmanship
• Digitally savvy, with expertise in e-commerce, marketing, and building premium brands online
