What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Own and deliver the end-to-end personalisation strategy, including segmentation, content, product recommendations, and targeted offers across all customer touchpoints.
  • Optimise 1:1 communication channels (email, SMS, MMS) to enhance trade marketing and lifecycle engagement.
  • Lead the redesign and relaunch of a major loyalty program, aligning with the Customer Value Proposition (CVP).
  • Oversee implementation and optimisation of Martech platforms (CEP, Loyalty Engine, Customer Feature Store, DAM).
  • Drive the development of a single customer view for real-time customer insights activation.
  • Define and implement frameworks to measure customer lifetime value, offer performance, and campaign ROI.
  • Champion change management and capability uplift across teams, embedding new tools and processes.
  • Foster a test-and-learn culture to optimise journeys, loyalty mechanics, and personalisation outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics, Marketing, Digital, IT, Customer Care, Store Operations, and external partners to deliver scalable initiatives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven experience leading loyalty program transformation and personalisation strategy in a multi-channel retail or consumer-facing environment.
  • Expertise in Martech platforms such as Emarsys, Cheetah, Constructor.io, ContentStack, Auth0, and DataBricks.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in segmentation and activating customer insights.
  • Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
