What You Will Be Working On

• Recruiting, Training, Leading, Coaching, and Developing your boutique team to achieve sales and deliver luxury-level service
• Creating a welcoming, elevated retail environment that reflects a signature sense of style and energy
• Building deep, lasting relationships with clients—offering personalised styling and a VIP experience
• Managing boutique operations, inventory, and visual merchandising to the highest standard
• Collaborating with head office and brand partners to drive local events, launches, and exclusive activations
