In this pivotal role, you’ll transform our Rosebery outlet boutique into a sanctuary of style, where every client interaction is an opportunity to create a memorable, luxurious experience. You’ll be responsible for driving the commercial success of the boutique while embodying the brand’s commitment to refined aesthetics and contemporary femininity.

What You Will Be Working On
This role is about more than managing an outlet boutique – it’s about creating a holistic client experience that reflects our client’s design philosophy while making luxury accessible. You’ll be responsible for:
- Driving commercial strategies to achieve boutique sales targets in this new Rosebery location
- Leading and developing a team of passionate retail professionals
- Implementing exceptional client relationship management
- Ensuring visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s refined aesthetic while highlighting outlet value
- Managing inventory and loss prevention with meticulous attention to detail
- Facilitating team development and performance management
What Type Of Person Will Be Successful
We’re seeking a dynamic leader who embodies this brand’s commitment to intelligence, craftsmanship, and contemporary elegance, even in an outlet environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in fashion or outlet retail
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- A results-driven mindset with proven ability to manage KPIs
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- An innate understanding of sophisticated retail experiences
- Experience in building new boutique locations and establishing client bases (preferred)
