As Assistant Store Manager for this successful boutique, you will work with a team of dedicated and committed denim lovers, who love to chat about latest trends and neighbourhood events and openings. In addition to continuously building client connections, driving trade and working alongside senior leaders you will also be responsible for the following.

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve store goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive sales and store targets by implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is always well-presented and fully stocked.
• Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience by fostering a customer-centric environment and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and advance their careers.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent the brand values and ethos, ensuring that all store activities align with the brand image and mission
