What You Will Be Working On
- Leading, coaching, and developing your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets
- Creating a flagship boutique environment that reflects the labels signature elegance and warmth
- Maintaining the highest standards in visual merchandising and store presentation
- Managing inventory, loss prevention, and store operations with precision
- Promoting in-store events and local marketing initiatives to grow your customer base
- Collaborating with head office and other boutiques to share ideas and celebrate wins
What Type Of Person Will Be Successful
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have retail management or supervisory experience (womenswear/fashion preferred, but beauty, hospitality, or banking backgrounds are welcome)
- Are passionate about style, quality, and building meaningful client relationships
- Lead with warmth, integrity, and a drive to help others succeed
- Are ready to take the next step from Store Manager, Assistant Manager or similar roles
