In your first year, you will:
- Build and nurture relationships with commercial clients and industry leaders, becoming their trusted advisor for all things interiors
- Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, from initial brief and quoting to contract, logistics, and aftercare
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, networking at industry events, and contributing to a high-performing team
- Play a pivotal role in achieving ambitious revenue and profitability targets, with clear pathways for recognition and reward

You’ll enjoy:
- $95,000 base salary + super + up to $20,000 commission per annum

What You Will Be Working On
- Managing projects from initial client brief through to delivery and aftercare—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Preparing detailed quotes, contracts, and proposals that reflect both commercial and design priorities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial property clients, architects, and designers
- Providing exceptional service post-sale, including handling queries, product replacements, and project follow-up
- Proactively networking at industry events and identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborating with creative and supply chain teams to deliver seamless, custom solutions
What Type Of Person Will Be Successful
