As Head of Marketing & Digital, you’ll orchestrate high-performing lifecycle journeys and champion a CRM transformation that puts the customer at the heart of every campaign and click. In your first year, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of digital and marketing strategy, bringing to life bold ideas that drive growth and engagement
  • Own and optimise CRM performance—across email, SMS, and loyalty—transforming the way customers are nurtured and retained
  • Drive the performance of digital platforms, optimising UX, conversion rates, and on-site engagement
  • Collaborate with talented teams across Creative, Paid Media, and Ecommerce to deliver unified, high-impact campaigns

What You Will Be Working On

  • Bringing to life and executing strategic digital and marketing objectives, aligned with business goals
  • Leading CRM transformation, lifecycle journeys, and loyalty program optimisation
  • Collaborating with Creative, Paid, and Ecommerce teams to deliver seamless, unified campaigns
  • Driving retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value through segmentation, personalisation, and automation
  • Monitoring and reporting on CRM and digital performance, turning insights into actionable improvements
  • Overseeing the marketing calendar to ensure seamless execution of trade, promotional, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Mentoring and supporting the Ecommerce Manager to drive site conversion, engagement, and revenue
  • Utilising analytics tools to track, report, and optimise campaign and channel performance

What Type Of Person Will Be Successful

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Bring 5–7+ years in digital marketing, CRM, or ecommerce leadership (fashion or retail experience is a plus)
  • Are both strategic and hands-on—you can zoom out to shape vision and dive in to deliver results
  • Love using data and insights to drive decisions, performance, and innovation
  • Lead with clarity, empathy, and a collaborative spirit, aligning cross-functional teams with ease
  • Are customer-obsessed, always designing with the end user in mind
  • Are fluent in CRM platforms (Braze, Klaviyo), Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Shopify, and campaign optimisation tools
